Well, il Corvo definitely makes it a worthy spot now. They make pasta by hand every morning and serve a few different dishes every day.

The quality was very good and the price is good as well. It’s a 10-15 dollar lunch depending on whether you get some wine, an appetizer, etc. great lunch portion.

I will definitely go back. It’s only a few minutes from our office and it has a nice characteristic vibe. Busy but now crowded.

Traditional winter recipe. My grandmas used to make this dish. Grandma Nicoletta used to serve it by spreading on a large cutting board (that she used to also make pasta). She would than pour the sauce on top and all of us would sit around the table and eat our part.

Unfortunately I don’t have such a large board that I could use for dinner (might need to build one).

Most importantly they have the same sugar container that the coffee shops in my town used to have. They also have newspapers right on the counter – just like home! It’s just missing the “Gazzetta dello Sport”!
